Hello lovelies…
I followed a local blogger from WordPress and she inspired me to vlog. I enjoy watching her YouTube video (and of course…I subscribed to her channel). She vlogs about random things and most importantly, she just being herself!
And so… this is a new video I created yesterday using my mobile phone.
Enjoy!
p/s: Don’t forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel, girls…Â
Hello lovelies…
If you been following my blog, you must have remembered the Butterfly Project Health & Wellness Workshop I attended last a few months ago (17th August 2019).
Ahhh…
Now you get what I was talking about. (Click here for the post).
I’m not going to write about the event all over again, but lets’ talk about the premise of the workshop, shall we?
To be honest, this is one of the beautiful gyms that I had ever go. The gym is fully equipped with various types of work out machines. Treadmills, elliptical machines, leg press machines and many more…you name it!
The good thing about this gym is…you don’t even have to book a stay at the hotel as this gym is open for membership. There are many privileges you could get by joining this membership, such as:
You could also be able to enjoy 50% off on the introductory rate for the spa treatment.
Am I getting your full attention?
Well…if you are interested, do not hesitate to sign up for the membership. There are a few types of membership with different rates you could choose, ie;
Good news, if you are really interested to join the membership, you could use this promo code: BUTTERFLY to enjoy gym membership rate for MYR 180*/month.
Thank me later, girls…
Hello lovelies…
Sorry for being MIA for a few weeks.
I was busy working for the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show 2018 (MAHA 2018) last November and I decided to take a long break from my work right after the event finished.
Well… I might say that was a treat for my belated birthday.
It’s was exciting adventure I experienced and I learned a lot! New culture, new delicacies, new motivation, etc.
But the most of all, I just wanna say…
I miss you girls!
How life treating you, girls?
Hello lovelies…
Shout out to all of you who love Indian cuisine as much as I do!
Ay~ Ay~
A few weeks ago, my Dolphin Angel (mDA) and I went to our favorite Indian restaurant, named RSMY Restaurant located in Jalan Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur.
Been there a couple of times, but never thought about blogging this restaurant tho…until lately, I feel so excited enough to share my review with you, girls.
Sharing is caring…right? 😉
Oh, by the way…I’m not getting paid for this review. So, girls… you can definitely trust on whatever I’m about to say, aite?
The restaurant that we went is their second franchise after Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The third franchise is in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. I bet there will be more franchises to be opened soon!
The restaurant started getting fame for their undisputed cheese naan. But as you could see on the franchise that we went, they highlighted beriani rice as on their signboard.
Hmmm…that’s strange!
I assumed every franchise has their own specialty.
Maybe?
For this visit, we ordered:
Lesson learned from our previous visits.
“Do not order too much because the foods portion are big!”.
The service is fast. Our foods were served in a few minutes and they are all fresh and hot!
Silence filled in the atmosphere as we dig our foods until we burped at the end of the meal.
Hohoho…excuse us!
There is no denial about their cheese naan. It is the best cheese naan I have ever had. The naan bread is so fluffy and there are lots and lots of cheese filling that ooey out like a lava.
The chicken tandoori was well marinated and there were no MSG or colouring added. How did I know that? Because, compared to other chicken tandooris I ate before, this RSMY’s chicken tandoori colour is less red and the color doesn’t lingered in my fingers after I washed my hand (I eat chicken with my hands). The meat is fresh and juicy. I could taste all the spices in every bites.
Emmm…hmmm…
It’s finger lickin’ good!
I can’t comment much on the lamb shank because I don’t really like to eat mutton, but one thing I know for sure is mDA ordered this menu every time he came here. He said the meat was so soft and tender.
Heaven~
So girls, check out this place if you are in Kuala Lumpur;

Hello lovelies…
Early this month, I was given a task to report on one of the Malaysia’s turtle conservation & protection centre which is located at Pantai Kerachut, Penang.
I have to admit, this is a fun task I had ever experienced since I am an animal lover kinda person and believe it or not…turtle is categorized in endangered or critically endangered species in the IUCN Red List. Which means…the future generations might or might not able to see this species, depending on how our today generation “care” about this species.
The centre is open daily from 10.00 am till 4.00 pm (UTC +8). You can either go to the centre by boat or hiking. In my case, a boat was already prepared for me & my team members at the jetty.
Awww…lucky me!
The centre has been established since 1990 by the Department of Fisheries Malaysia. The centre was build to save this species population from extinction. In Penang, there are three (3) main beaches that are mainly the landing areas where this species come to lay eggs;
which are under Penang National Park.
There are two (2) turtle species that are commonly found in Kerachut Beach, Penang. They are:
How to differentiate them? Oh yes…every type of turtles have different features and some might be in different colors.
There was plenty of information I gained from the friendly staffs on turtles and it is free!
Wanna know more?
