Cleo Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic, Kuala Lumpur

Hello lovelies…

How are you girls been doing since the Covid 19 pandemic season?

It’s madness, I know…everybody’s freaking out on the virus spreading all around the world and most of us choose to self-quarantined at home rather than risking out lives by going out to public areas.

Today, I would like to share with you, girls on my skin treatment I had at the Cleo Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic in Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur way before the the lock down took place in Malaysia.

Cleo Clinic was officially launched on 11th June 2019. This clinic is run by three (3) highly qualified aesthetic medical practitioners with humongous experiences in this field. They are:

  • Dr. Tan Choy Ling;
  • Dr. Raimie Rahmad; and
  • Dr. Ee Care Ling.
Dr. Tan Choy Ling

I went for a chemical skin peeling treatment early March this year. The treatment was operated by Dr. Raimie Rahmad. Before the treatment, he did a light briefing on the treatment procedures and a thorough check up on my skin condition to confirmed that the treatment would be suitable for me.

The chemical skin peel treatment is the best for those who has these skin problems;

  1. Acne;
  2. Fine lines and wrinkles;
  3. Rough skin texture;
  4. Dark spots;
  5. Melasma; and
  6. Hyperpigmentation.

The treatment is super fast and fret not…this treatment wouldn’t leave any side effects to the skin. It inevitably occurring acids and active ingredients for skin lightening. It also stimulates new cell growth and collagen production which helps the skin to look fresher, clearer and healthier.

The good thing about Cleo Clinic compared to any aesthetic clinics in Malaysia is that all the treatment available in here are affordable. You can either choose to pay for a single treatment or you can purchase the packages provided. My advise is…”GO FOR THE PACKAGES”.

It’s totally worth it!

Now…does it caught your attention, girls? Starts making a reservation today!

Let us all be glowing and bright as our future!

Cervical Cancer Awareness Month

Hello lovelies…

Do you know that January is the month of Cervical Cancer Awareness?

Cervical cancer is the fourth most frequent cancer in women. It occurs in the cells of the cervix (the lower part of the uterus that connects to the vagina).

Various strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV) which is transmitted by sexual activities play a role in causing most cervical cancer.

Our body immune system typically prevents the virus from doing harm. However, the virus survives for years, contributing to the process that causes some cervical cells to become cancer cells to some women.

There are a few factors that causes cervical cancer, ie;

  1. A weak immune system;
  2. Sexual activity at a younger age;
  3. Many sexual partners;
  4. Other sexually transmitted infections (STIs);
  5. Exposure to miscarriage prevention drug; and
  6. Smoking

How can we know if we are suffering from cervical cancer?

It is important for us to run a Papanicolaou test (Pap Smear) to detect potentially precancerous changes every three (3) to five (5) years as long as results are normal. Besides that, there are a few symptoms shown that could be the signs of cervical cancer;

  1. Pelvic pain or pain during intercourse;
  2. Vaginal bleeding after intercourse, between periods or after menopause; and
  3. Watery, bloody vaginal discharge that may be heavy and have a foul odor.

Girls…you gotta make an appoinment with the doctor¬†as soon as you could if these signs exist.

There are some prevention we could take to reduce the risk of cervical cancer, such as:

  1. Have routine Pap tests;
  2. Practice safe sex;
  3. Regular HPV vaccination; and
  4. Don’t smoke.

This brand hits my attention as the brand name is pronounced as one of my favorite DreamWork Pictures movie character.

Shrek Forever After

The name Orgga is basically comes from the word ORGANIC and yes… a little more G won’t hurt nobody, right?¬† And so…it is known as an organic skincare product with natural ingredients. This brand was founded by Miss Zazarina Zainal, who is into natural and organic beauty products. She noticed that all the natural-based skincare products sold in Malaysia were pricey than abroad.

That leads her to conduct researches and after two (2) years of that, she comes out with her own natural-based skincare products name Orgga. She explored the world, such as The United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Morroco, Tunisia, India, China and the United States of America for all these natural ingredients that would bring magical to our skins.

The Orgga products are free from:

  • Alcohol;
  • SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate);
